Ready to make your mini profiles all pretty and whatnot? Here's a guide to do so!
♚ First, you can change your avatar. You can do this by going to your profile, hitting 'Edit Profile', and then you will be brought to a page that will let you edit your avatar. Link your avatar from any photo storage site (fanpop doesn't work on proboards!) and it will resize to fit, unless it is far too big. The size of avatars are
150 x 150 if you want to resize it yourself.
♚ Next you can hit the 'Personal' tab, and here you can edit quite a few things. First, you will edit your display name to the name of the character you are portraying if a staff member hasn't already done so for you.
♚ Next, you will change your location to where your character currently is in the world of Game of Thrones. Whether it be King's Landing, Oxcross, the Eyrie or where ever else it may be, tell us here.
♚ There is a signature option on this site. The code for a signature is:

♚ The next thing you can do is edit your hover image, which is the pretty picture we see on your mini profile. The size for this hover image is
230 x 400. There is no code needed for this, simply enter the link of the image. Again, fanpop doesn't work well with Proboards. Keep this in mind.
♚ Next, you will enter the links of you application, plot page, and thread tracker respectively. These also require no coding, simply enter the links of these pages.
♚ Now you will put in your 'Played By', or what you'd liked to be called OOC.
♚ Lastly, there is an option for you to put in a song that will appear on your mini profile. For this you will need a link to a music file that ends with
.mp3 you can upload a song from your computer to certain sites. An easy way to do this is to download a song from youtube on
www.listentoyoutube.com/ or
youtubeinmp3.com/ and then you upload the song to
kiwi6.com. You can create an account here (it only takes a few seconds) and then go to
Share and copy the 'Direct Hotlink' and paste it into your Music Player field on the site. Again, if this is confusing to you and/or you can't figure it out, then just contact a
staff member with the song that you would like added and we will help.
